If you have moved recently, update your address

If you have moved since the last interview, please let us know your new address on the form below. If you do this it will let us know where to send your letter and voucher next time.  If you have recently sent back one of the blue change of address cards with your new address, you do not need to fill this in as we will have updated your details.

If only your telephone number or email address have changed recently please still let us know.

Please complete as much information as you know. Your reference number will be printed on all the letters you have had from us in the past, in the left hand corner under the address. If you do not have this to hand, don’t worry, just try and fill in as much of the other information as possible.

If you regularly spend time away from your main (home) address e.g. you are at university or college and live in student accommodation during term time, please give us both of your addresses.  You should fill in your home address in the Main address section, and your term time address in the 2nd address section.
